First, the value of the entry point. In the AI era, the C-end super app is the most important traffic entry point. Whoever controls the interaction entry point to users holds the initiative for future commercialization. First is the issue of organizational coordination; deep integration across Alibaba’s various business units requires breaking down internal silos, which is often more difficult than the technology itself. Second is the user habit problem; users have already grown accustomed to using Taobao for shopping and Amap for navigation, and getting them to migrate these behaviors into the Qwen App will require sufficiently compelling reasons.
